How can I add products list on service request screen?

Hello everyone

I have products added in the system but when I go through service request screen, I can't see any of them, when I click search button and I write name or product number, nothing shows, it's completely empty. I would like to know if there's aditional configuration I gotta do to fulfill this requirement.
