Lost access to virtual SBC after activating Security Admin

we have a virtual SBC with SCZ8.3.0 MR-1 Patch 2. We enabled Admin Security via setup entitlements and after that we exprienced slow response from SBC: commands were not in the same line (p.e. #s

t) or it simply did not respond, so we restarted SBC. And after the restart when we put an old password SBC doesn't respond and after the time(out) we get a messge Login failed. We lost access via console and web too. Is there a workaround that can help us? Is there a specific procedure to activate these licenses?
