Job was successful but no output generated

Hi,

I have a report where email bursting is enabled. A trigger (before data) is also added to execute a function to populate a table. It will return true once the table is populated. When scheduling the job, it is in a success state and the tables are populated but no output is generated. The XML data also contains the data to burst. It will only generate output once you run again the job with the same input paramaters. I see in the logs that before triggers are executed first. What is the order of execution of the following - data
