os metric collection in rac database

Hi Experts,

We are using 2 node rac with 12.1.0.2

Which process is responsible to collect these os metrics.These are stored in GRID BASE.We didnt install any TFA. How these are being collected?

[root@uat archive]# pwd

/u01/UAT/GRID_BASE/oracle.ahf/data/repository/suptools/uat/oswbb/griduat/archive

[root@erpuatdb1 archive]# ls -lrt
