My Query, In Parallel Development how we can move particular workspace for code migration from source to target?

Suppose we have created one integration workspace under MAIN.

In integration workspace we have three developer workspaces like Dev1, Dev2 and Dev3.

Dev1 work is completed and he has to do testing and checkpoint to Integration Workspace and after that code migration from source to target environment.

Dev2 work is not completed

Dev3 work is not completed

Now My Query is Dev1 work is completed and he has to do testing and checkpoint to Integration Workspace and after that code migration from source to target environment for particular workspace?
