Manually adding a load number in P4915

Hello,

I had a order this week that go stuck in our system. We use EDI for loads that come in and every now and then an order gets stuck at a certain status. Sometimes our 3PL will resend the load and it will be fine. Other times it is stuck and we usually have to cancel the order and re-enter it. My question is there a way where you can manually enter a load number if a shipment in P4915 is stuck? We could manually enter the load number rather than having our CSR have
