unable to get List_header_Id using static formula with QP_Custom get price function on price list

child Product price will be changing based on Parent product price from same Price list and some other Product attributes from custom table

would like to use statice formula with get custom price function and assigned to Price list, then run update pricing formula program to update the child product price, for this need to get the List_header_id, based on that need to get the price from custom table for other product related attribute ( these product discounts will be changing based on Price list)
