we are unable to add cards from narrative reporting in navigation flows

We are trying to create navigation flows in EPBCS and fetching cards from FCCS and Narrative reporting.

we can fetch connections from FCCS hence we are able to add FCCS Cards in EPBCS navigation flows but

we are not getting the option to add Narrative reporting cards although the connection is already present for NR as well.

we have created a ticket for this in past and they have provided a solution that the target application NR should be in the same domain as EPBCS (source).

we moved the target application to the same domain but still facing the same issue.
