HIPPA 834 Full File Replacement

Does anyone know if the 834 file can have both the original enrollment record and the termination record in the same transaction for an employee? We have a request from our Vendor that for every termination of the benefit they need to see the original enrollment in the same transaction.

We updated the Enrollment Snapshot Options configuration in our Test Environment to turn on the Include Original Enrollment Dt feature, however, after running the 834 file for the vendor it is not included in the transaction for the terminated records.

Is there something else we should be doing?
