Need to Add values in Poplist in Advance Search Page at Install Base OAF page

hi

Can we add the values in the poplist which allow us to add more columns in filter crieteria. My sales team Need Postal Code, Prefferer Engr and other categories. Is there any Lookup or DFF which populate the values in the poplist. PFB the screen shot for the same. Help is appricated.
