create an element for refunding 401k employer match

in Compensation and Benefits - EBS (MOSC) Question

Can you create an element for inputting a negative dollar amount to refund/reverse the 401k employer match from an employee record? It is informational to the employee but the company also needs to have this reversal transmitted to the 3rd party provider of the 401k. Has anyone created this type of element?
