txkPostPDBCreationTasks.pl errors Implement AutoConfig on the Pluggable Database

I have an EBS 12.1.3 with database 12.1.0.2 and I am updating the database version to 19c, following the notes

Using Oracle 19c RAC Multitenant (Single PDB) with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 ( Doc ID 2530680.1 )

Interoperability Notes: Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 with Oracle Database 19c ( Doc ID 2580629.1 )

I already updated the version to 19c and converted it to PDB, I'm at step 8.2 Implement AutoConfig on the Pluggable Database on the first Oracle RAC Node of the Cluster

but when executing the script txkPostPDBCreationTasks.pl it ends with an error

perl $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/bin/txkPostPDBCreationTasks.pl -dboraclehome=/u01/app/oracle/product/19.0.0.0/dbhome_ebs \
