How Change the Workflow email Notification subject line

How to Change the Workflow email Notification subject line for an EIT. extra information type based on HR.PER_PEOPLE_EXTRA_INFO table

to display a column value used in this eit into the subject line , ex. Request number as per the attached doc. or for ex. make PEI_INFORMATION1 display in the workflow notification subject line


I have managed to do that for the FYI. notification but couldn't for approvals notifications as per attached file
