PO Approval Workflow Issue after upgrade to 12.1.3

Hi All,

Need your advice on a custom PO Approval. We have customized a PO Approval Workflow so that Requester will receive a notification but after upgrade to 12.1.3. They are no longer receiving notifications. Any advice on what I need to check?
