PO sourcing error on GST

Hi,

There is below error when trying to source requisition.

Goods and Service Tax applicable error. Goods and Service Tax is applicable and either tax code, Tax determination, tax authority, reporting tax authority, or tax form code is missing.


Please check and let me know resolution.
