JDE E1 Witholding tax MEX with partial receipts

Hello,

I have a problem when doing a partial receipt in MEX with the witholding taxes. Let's see an example:

I have an invoice with 2 lines, 1 taxable of 116 (100 taxable + 16 tax amount), the other of 1000 non taxable.
I do a partial receipt of the second line (non taxable), and I post it.
The automatic posting that creates a JM doc type for the witholding tax, it calculates de 16% even if the line doesn't have taxes, so I have 160€ in the VAT account.

Can anyone help me? I've already seen the doc 2366092.1 (see below) and I've done the detailed sales update, but even here I have the same problem.
