How to re-integrate components from server to Jdeveloper in absence of original Project Source Code

We have upgraded from 12..1.3 to 12.2.8 Oracle E-Biz and after upgrading the OAF pages are not working due to the file system and binaries change probably with 12..2.8 upgrade.Oracle is asking to recompile the components available at server level like VO,CO and AM components available at server level taking them to Jdeveloper in local PC. But unfortunately we don't have the Original Project and Application in Local Desktop with earlier version of Jdeveloper
