Lot Expiration Workflow App Engine

Hello,

Can anyone provide me the navigation and or setup to initiating the Lot Retest/Expiration workflow (IN_WFEXPLOTS), which automatically notifies you when a lot reaches its retest or expiration date? I am able to find the report that can be run but needing to setup up the workflow for this.
