Data Integration runs BR's that are not assigned to it in the setup screen

I created a new data integration and when i run it it runs some Business Rules that are not assigned to it in the Options/BR's setup screen, in addition to the ones that are setup in there. It also runs the rules setup to run in another existing data integration but I cannot see where the two are linked. Any way they got stuck in there behind the scenes? I deleted the location and integration and recreated it and it's still doing the same. Any ideas? Thank you!
