How are Orchestrator Job Queue and Scope applied when one orchestration calls another?

Does an orchestration called by another orchestration inherit the job queue and scope from the calling orchestration or does it execute using the job queue and scope that is defined for that orchestration?

If anyone is available of any white papers available explaining how to configure and use the queues, along with best practices, please let me know know. The orchestrator guide is limited regarding job queues.

I am currently working with 9.2.6.3
