I'm Need to create a bill ondemand to bundle

I created a fee product as mentioned, I tried to inform the configuration or link a previous bill, but without success the bill is created but with value parameters and bill_no null

I need a step by step manual of what I have to do to have a scenario base.

I didn't find examples of input and code to set up the scenario.
