We've EBS R12.2 with DB version 12.1 ,can I encrypt DB 12.1 using TDE Tablespace online ?

next doc explain how to enable TDE Tablespace Online Encryption of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 and 12.2 for databases , but for database 19c only

  • section 2 : prerequisite , Ensure the COMPATIBLE database parameter is set to the appropriate database version,19.0.0
