E1 46: 2669 Duplicate Not Allowed - Advanced Warehouse Pick Confirmation

I am experiencing this error 2669 Duplicate Not Allowed - Advanced Warehouse Pick Confirmation.

Back ground

I staged a 2 level hierarchy pallet, where Higher level is Pallet , Immediate next level is Cases which is followed with Item number

PALLET123456789

Cases123456789

Item 1 - LOT10000001

Item 1 - LOT10000002

Item 1 - LOT10000003

LPN number at Pallet Level is "PALLET123456789"

LPN Number At case Level is "Cases123456789"

In F46L11 it has three entries with same LPN Number for each lot.

During Pick confirmation i am getting the issue as shown

Is there a way I can overcome this issue .... Please advise
