How to open modal dialog by double-click on interactive grid ?

My interactive grid contains filtered data from v$sql_plan_monitor. What I would like to do is by double-clicking on a record open modal dialog base on sql_id+sql_exec_id from clicked record .

Would you give me some hists/recipes ?
