Goldengate deployment backups couldn't able to read/write to bucket.

in GoldenGate, Streams and Distributed Database (MOSC) Question

User is admin on goldengate famil, bukcet and objects. When user try to create a GG backup its not populating the bucket list(Says Loading) in the screen to choose from.
