Oracle Installed Base Agent User - Visibility of ALL instances for given Item

Product Name - Oracle EBS - Oracle Installed Base Agent User - Version 12.1.3

We are transitioning from Oracle Installed Base User to Oracle Installed Base Agent User. In IB User, you can see visibility to the max # of instances on the database for a given item. In IB Agent User, it only gives visibility to 1000. How can I get visibility to ALL instances for a given item, even greater than 1000 (setup?).
