On the Oracle SBC how do you prevent SIP Caller going to multiple agents in genesys?

I am have a issue when a SIP call comes in to the Genesys Call Center it presents the call to 2 Call Center Agents. What is the setting in the Oracle SBC to prevent that from happening?
