Defining crossdock location in OM and interface to OTM

Hi All,

How does Oracle EBS Shipping Execution allow to setup crossdock location in EBS and pass it to OTM? Is this an available feature, if so is there any documentation?

Right now, we are getting the ship to location in OTM, we don't have a way to define/interface crossdocks to OTM. Our users have to additionally send manual communications to carriers in addition to OTM tenders.

Does Oracle allow a feature where we can have a different address for ship to location and the actual delivery location (cross dock)? the BOL's have to show the ship to location and Deliver to location sent to OTM should be the cross dock address.
