Try to save concurrent request output getting authentication failed

We tried to save the concurrent request output from chrome, firefox, and edge all error out with authentication failed message. Currently only IE works; however, unfortunately IE will be going away for good in few days. I found a note on the metalink which have solution for edge to add the disk cache size in the edge properties target field. I have tried that but it does not seem to work. Want to see if anyone else facing this issue and what is the resolution for it. Thank you.
