Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Getting Cannot get valid ID for - ib_installed_at_location error

Hi,

I am getting "Cannot get valid ID for - ib_installed_at_location" when inserting data to oe_headers_interface_all table.

I tried giving value as 'END_CUSTOMER' and 'End Customer Location' both but getting same error.

can one knows about this error please help me.
