FBDI SCM oracle EBS 12C to the fusion cloud

I am new at data migration & EBS and got the task to write the query to populate the FBDI template excel files. I want the help to get the relationship between tables or the base tables for each SCM schemas at oracle EBS 12c. is there any document or site have the queries for that task (mapping the columns between ebs12 and oracle fusion).
