Proc Contract Released and Remaining Amounts incorrect when voucher Finalize is selected

Is there a way to update Procurement Contract Released and Remaining Amounts to reflect actual released amount in the following scenario?

1. Proc Contract issued for $175,000
2. PO issued for $175,000
3. Voucher for $140,000 posted with Finalize checkbox selected
4. Proc Contract Released Amount = $175,000 but only $140,000 is actually released and remaining balance should be $35,000.
