Oracle Installed Base Agent User - Add'l Data Element from Search Results?

in Install Base and Asset Tracking - EBS (MOSC) Question

Product Name - Oracle EBS - Oracle Installed Base Agent User - Version 12.1.3

How do i establish my Instance search based on an Item so that in the search results the list includes an add'l data element (ie external reference)? I would like for my search results to include external reference (or other add'l columns) every time i do a search.
