Installation of Oracle Sample Schema, HR, Fails

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) Question

Trying to install the sample schema, HR using the instructions at: https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/21/comsc/installing-sample-schemas.html#GUID-CB945E4C-D08A-4B26-A12D-3D6D688467EA

However, the instructions list only 5 parameters, but when I run the script, it asks for a 6th, "specify connect string as parameter 6". I've tried various connect strings as I understand them to be, however, they all appear to be incorrect.

Following is my SQL Developer connection to the default database that was installed with Oracle DB:
