How are customers of ADP splitting the medical and family leave components for MA PFML?

How are Oracle EBS Payroll customers who use ADP for tax filing splitting the employee medical and family leave components for MA PFML given that Vertex and Oracle only supply one field, MISC2, for the combined percentage, and MA requires the values to be split when reporting and remitting to the state?
