OAM - Monitoring - Forms Sessions warning - Oracle EBS 12.1.3 - DB 11G

Killed the form session and it shows as killed in v$session but still it appear in OAM -> Site Map-> monitoring-> Forms Session. When open Session Details - says The database session you selected does not exist. Also Warning: The Forms runtime process information has not been uploaded.

Question: what would be the possible reason for such a warning (should reflect the change right away and not show the session). Note - user cleared the cache and logged out and logged back in and still not showing up to date(displays non-existent session)....

We using JWS.
