AHF PRVG-2033 errors after fresh install

I have installed fresh 19c standalone GI and RDBMS instance on RHEL 7 using the OUI procedures as documented.

When running AHF orachk (v22.1.1) to verify/validate installation, I continually receive a PRVG-2033 failure on file permissions.

I have rerun AHF dozens of times, each time fixing the single file permission issue that is reported. However, I would like to know if:

a. why is there file permission errors on a fresh install?

b. is there a utility or method to identify/fix ALL the file permissions at once instead of AHF (which only reports issues one at a time)

c. is there is a way to run AHF to ONLY check the file permissions rather than having to run the entire AHF validations each time
