Unable to Create an IGT project due to Customer Contact information

in G-Invoicing for Servicing Agencies - EBS (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

We have tried to create new suppliers and Customers using the same Party id to integrate G-Invoicing transactions between Buyer and Seller side. We are unable to create a Project with the following error

The project or project template could not be created because customer information or customer contact information is missing from the source project or project template.

We have updated the Customer Site with a telephone number but that still did not help, is this a generic message we are getting or are we updating the number at a wrong place?

any help most appreciated.
