Dear Experts

One of my Oracle database (12.1.0.2) has not been patched from 2014 till 2022, Security team found vulnerability on these & gave list of patches, kindly let me know , how to proceed

is it ok to apply latest one(2022 CPU) and rest will be fixed or need to apply from the beginning(2014 to till 2022) all missed CPU patches???
