Leave Donation questions and better process

We are planning to implement leave donation in our organization. Having below questions.
1. Can days be stored and distributed based on job type/classification/sal plan/pay group? The concern is that people who average a daily rate of $150/day contribute while someone whose daily rate is $300/day receives days. In the end, the difference between the rates will be a cost to the District. The team was wondering if we could have different banks based on an employee’s pay category. Seems a bit complex, I guess we just need to figure out if we can have multiple banks at the same time.
