ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After closing quote, "Complete Award" option is not available in Actions drop down list, RFQ page,

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

"Complete Award" option is available on RFQ Actions drop down list.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. After closing RFQ, execute "Complete Award" option is not available in Actions drop down list, RFQ page.

PROBLEM

Need to complete award without issuing PO and return requisition to process requisitions,
