Schedule Job failing with "Error Could Not Submit"

Hi,

We have a schedule job in JDE failing with the error message, Error Could Not Submit". Almost all details in View Details on the Job Schedule screen are blank. The only items with values are: Server Process ID = 0, Time Job Submitted = 00:00:00 and Time - Last Task = 00:00:00.

The settings for the scheduled job were checked and look correct.

Any ideas as to what could be happening?
