In P6, how do I stop the activity jumping in Predecessor/Successor pop-windows

Using P6, Relationships Tab

When assigning relationships in the Predecessor/Successor pop-up windows, when assigning the main activity a predecessor/successor, it jumps to the assigned activity that was just assigned, instead of staying on the main activity in the activities layout. And it changes the activity in the pop-up window as well.

Is there a way to make it so that I stay on the activity that I am adding logic to and the the predecessor/successor pop-up windows do not jump.

I recently changed companies and have never encountered this before. Is this a bug or setting/preference. I could not find out what Its creating major inefficiencies.
