Indexed allocation run and the account still shows the original balance

Hi

We are testing Indexed allocations and have account 3.5010 with a balance of 4000.00 to be allocated to 3 other accounts as of Jan 31. The allocation has been executed normally as of Jan 31 and the balances can be seen in the 3 accounts.

However the original account 3.5010 still contains the balance. This is the account balance displayed as of:

Period 1 after the allocation has been run

Period 2

In period 2 the allocated balance has disappeared but the GL balance still shows. Should this not be removed if the period balance has been reallocated
