Do you recommend clearing out ROE assignment sets?

Hi,

For Canadian payroll there are two assignment sets used to process ROEs. One for leaves and one for terminations. We have noticed some issues with processing, so I'm wondering if it is recommended that we clear out these assignment sets. In the Leave one there is over 1000 records in it and we do not have that many employees on leave currently, so the majority of them are likely old.

Is there an easy way to clear them out?
