How to download text file to local machine from custom oracle D2k forms

RDBMS : 12.1.0.2.0

Oracle Applications : 12.2.10

We have custom form of table type format.

we want to download the data displayed in the form as a text file, in a specific format to our local machine.

As of now, we tried doing a outbound interface in the Download Button, where the interface generates the file in the server.

But please suggest a solution to get the text file in the local machine as in your desktop.
