How to search for Processes submitted by other User(s) in Scheduled Processes Window

Hi

Please can someone guide how can we look for Processes submitted and scheduled by other Users, which are Waiting, Submitted or Succeeded in Oracle Cloud. For example, User1 submitted Import AutoInvoice Process and User2 wants to see who all submitted Import AutoInvoice. When this process name is entered in Scheduled Processes window, no results are displayed. In EBS R12, if we had System Administrator Responsibility we could see that but how this is achieved in Cloud. Please can you help.
