We have a request from a Vendor to include the 348 with all 349 rows? Have any other customers using the delivered 834's been able to send both the 348 and 349 rows for terminated benefits?

Currently based on our Enrollment snapshot settings and run control we are only sending the 349 row for terminations. We have changed the settings for the enrollment snapshot in our test environments, however, cannot generate the 348 rows for terminations. Any suggestions would be welcome?
