P4116 with ASYNCHRONOUS BUSINESS FUNCTION ERROR when cancel the application

Dears,

After completing the F/T transactions by P4116 and clicking OK with no problem, however, when clicking Cancel to leave the application got the error of ASYNCHRONOUS BUSINESS FUNCTION ERROR. The screenshots attached as:

Couple of things I did for business purposes:

  1. New document type (IF) applied vs. the standard IR
  2. Try to have 3 "From" lines combined to 1 "To" line.

Any possible technical or functional reasons you can think of? Thanks lot!
