Orchestrator Database Connector with Oracle Database Example

Starting with Tools Release 9.2.5.4, the template for creating new Database Connections has changed.  Instead of implementing Groovy SQL, it uses Java SQL where the method has changed to use 'Connection sqlConnection' rather than 'Sql sql'.
